The woman was arrested as part of an investigation into drug-related crime with more than $100,00 worth of heroin and methylamphetamine found at properties in Richmond in August.
Earlier this week, a 41-year-old woman was arrested after police intercepted a car near Victoria St and allegedly found a large amount of heroin, methylamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
The Victoria St shopping precinct is located close to a supervised injecting room.
Three men aged 43, 50 and 51, who police accused of dealing drugs, were also arrested the day before on Victoria St and heroin seized.
Police said they were targeting street-level drug dealing to create a hostile environment for traffickers, which involved plainclothes and uniformed officers patrolling the area.
