The Sharks came out of the gates frenzied during a visit to the George Brown Memorial Oval on Sunday and posted a flurry of seven tries to steal the show and card a 40-24.
Despite the loss, Eden were able to show a versatile attacking roster with tries coming from winger Solomone Kaitani, halfback Jeremiah Bamblett and out of the forwards with lock Hayden Crofton finding the line.
Fullback Harrison Baker slotted all four options neatly.
The partnered Candelo-Bemboka Panthers also had a tough battle in reserve grade, going down 28-16.
Meanwhile, the club has welcomed a major sponsorship deal with Core Asset Development who are planning a $100 million redevelopment of the Eden Fishermen's Club.
"I think Core Asset Development's sponsorship will be fantastic for the everyone at the club, from First Grade to the juniors. Everyone in the club will benefit from the financial support, which will also allow us to find new coaches and top players," Tigers life member Colin Clark said.
Other Tigers officials echoed the sentiment saying it was a great addition to have CAD on board.
Managing director of CAD, Mr Mark Toma, said "We are delighted to be sponsoring the club as it is part of the fabric of the Eden community and look forward to a long and successful association with the Tigers as they strive for another premiership".
The club will travel to face the Bulldogs on Saturday.
