Likely Story - an evening of stories, well lived, rarely told will be held on the evening of March 8, 2021, along with music by Golden Guitar nominees The New Graces.
Storytellers will present a true and personal story of 10 minutes or less to an audience at Bega Civic Centre.
Council's library services coordinator, Megan Jordan-Jones said, "We encourage women in the Bega Valley to consider telling their story at this unique event.
"We are looking for funny stories, brave stories, unlikely stories, quirky stories or life-changing stories. And they don't necessarily have to have a happy ending.
"I'm sure every woman out there has at least one good story to tell and it only needs to be 10 minutes or less."
If you think you have a story to tell, pitch your story idea using the library's online recorder and give a summary of your story and how it changed you, keeping your pitch to 2 minutes or less Storytellers will be contacted in order to develop their stories further for the evening.
Pitches close February 14, 2021.
