In one incident, police fined five people in their 20s $1000 each for drinking together near a Nowra hotel.
A NSW police spokesman said officers were called to a hotel on Kinghorne Street in Nowra about 3.30am on Friday, after reports of a disturbance between a group of people which had spilled into the car park.
Police spoke to four men, aged 20, 21 and two aged 23, along with a 21-year-old woman, who denied there had been a fight.
While one of the men had booked a room at the hotel for supposed work purposes, the other four people had been invited over to drink.
In a separate incident, a man, 42, and a woman, 38, were issued with penalty infringement notices after being stopped at Surf Beach at Batemans Bay by officers on patrol about 1.45pm on Thursday
The pair did not provide police a reasonable excuse for why they were out of the house.
Following a police search, officers allegedly found the woman to have cannabis on her.
She will face Batemans Bay Local Court on July 13.
The pair were given warnings for being out of the house without a valid reason.
A 22-year-old Bega man was also fined $1000 after helping a friend cut firewood.
The man was stopped by police about 5pm on Saturday on Monaro Street in Merimbula.
While police were able to confirm the man had been helping his friend cut firewood, the firewood had been delivered to Bega North.
A NSW police spokesman said the man provided several versions of the events involving firewood, none deemed as reasonable under the public health act.
He was fined and ordered to return to his Bega home.
A 40-year-old man was fined after being stopped on the Princes Highway near Shore Street in Moruya.
Police on patrol pulled over on the road about 10pm on Saturday after noticing the man standing on the road.
After asking if he was ok the man allegedly acted aggressively towards police and swore at them before wrestling them.
The man was then arrested and taken to Batemans Bay police station.
Along with his $1000 fine for beaching social distancing rules, the man was charged with resisting an officer and using offensive language.
He will appear before Batemans Bay Local Court on June 26.
