The Merimbula Diggers Aussie Rules club and the Pambula Penguins Football Club will lay down the football and take up the bat and ball for a Twenty20 cricket clash.
Both clubs will throw their support behind local Rural Fire Service crews with a gold coin donation asked for entry to watch the charity T20 at Merimbula's Berrambool Oval.
The clubs will also have a canteen and sausage sizzle on the day and are providing free food and drinks for any RFS volunteers in attendance.
There will be entertainment for the kids and a raffle of sporting memorabilia on the day, but officials remind guests there is no card facilities and cash is required.
Officials from both clubs said they were keen to help where they could and all proceeds from the day will go to the local RFS brigades with play from 2.30pm.
Everyone is welcome.
