This is a day at the races with a twist - in the tail - as the little pigs race the track over, behind and through hay stacks and obstacles to track down a bowl of sweet milk.
More than 5000 people attended last year's instalment of the increasingly popular event.

On Sunday, December 29, gates will open at the Tathra Beach Country Club at 11am, with the first of seven races at 12pm. Pigs will be auctioned prior to each race. Winners of each race will take home half of the prize pool.
Meanwhile, if you think your dog has what it takes, bring it along to the dog jumping trials to be held between 2.30 and 3.15pm trackside. Brought to you by Brett Rogers and Southern Farm Supplies, this is an event not to be missed.
Along with a market day, food and wine, jumping castles and children's activities, the Pig Day Out will be a fun way for your family to enjoy the holidays. Entry will be $10 for adults and children are free.
Tathra Lions Club spokesman Rex Kermode thanked Kerry and Greg McKay from Big 4 Tathra Beach for being the major sponsor of this great event.
"We depend on support from local businesses, and this major sponsorship from Tathra's Big 4 Holiday Park, means a lot to us in running an event like this," he said.
"The event is as much about showing visitors and holiday makers to our town a great time, as it is about raising much needed funds for our community."
This event is run by Tathra Lions Club and supported by the Tathra Sunshine Club Boardriders. Funds raised help with community projects in the area.
In 2019 two major projects have included the upgrade of the Tathra Headland Memorial Gardens after the fires in 2018 and Tathra's War Memorial.
In addition to these major projects, Tathra Lions' donations to support the local community include to Tathra Torchbearers, Tathra Hospital Auxiliary, Dodd Sporting Scholarship, Tathra Primary School, Tathra Fishing Club, Bega TAFE Awards and book prizes for local schools.
The Tathra Surf Club received a new rowing machine to get them fit for this year's George Bass Marathon, and donations were given to the Northern NSW Fire Appeal and the Australian Lions Foundation Drought Appeal.
Your support in heading to the Pig Day Out means a fun day out and a whole lot more to a small community.
If you need mobility parking or have an accessible parking permit, just drive up to the entry and the attendants will look after you. The event will also acknowledge companion card passes.
