Khan's funeral took place on Friday in the village of Kajlani in the region of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Samaa TV reported.
His body arrived from Britain in the early hours of Friday, an official at Islamabad International Airport told dpa on condition of anonymity.
The local administration in Kashmir could not confirm the funeral.
The Islamic State terrorist group claimed responsibility for the London attack last week. The group said that its fighter carried out the attack in response to calls for targeting citizens of the countries that form an alliance fighting Islamic State.
The suspect had previously been convicted of terrorism offences, according to British authorities.
