The 21-year-old joined the Roar earlier this month after being released by Sydney FC but has been unable to feature against his old club or Perth in the past two weeks due to a bureaucratic error.
Heart scans undertaken on Lokolingoy were insufficient for him to receive the medical clearance to be registered by the Roar, keeping him sidelined.
New scans have since been undertaken and his registration was completed earlier this week, putting him in contention to make his Roar debut against the Mariners.
Interim coach Darren Davies says the delay has been frustrating but he's excited to have Lokolingoy available particularly given striker Adam Taggart's departure for South Korean club Suwon last week.
"He's got attributes which will contribute to our team. He's got a different skill set to what we have," Davies said.
"He's got different weapons so we're really looking forward to having him on the pitch."
As well as Lokolingoy the Roar travel to Gosford boosted by the return from suspension of goalkeeper Jamie Young and Spanish midfielder Alex Lopez, who both missed last week's 4-0 hammering by the Glory.
