The duo retired after an unbeaten partnership of 93 against Tathra on Saturday after just 10 overs.
The score laid the foundation for Eden, who went on to record a tally of 7/117 from their 20-over allotment against Tathra.
Unfortunately, Tathra proved comfortable with the bat to finish on 4/119 with three overs to spare.
Jessie and Jemma had excelled with some good pull and cut shots either finding the boundary for four, or buying the pair time to run for a double.
The pair also had some powerful straight drives, but struggled to find the boundary off their direct shots against a stiff southerly breeze.
Dakota Taylor had been devastating to Eden’s batting roster, leading Tathra’s bowling attack with three wickets for just 10 runs off her four overs.
With the target set and Tathra at the crease it was opener Sharna Mitchell who kept Tathra in the running with a team best half-century.
Despite some cheap wickets going over to the Eden attack, Tathra built steadily upward and a handy middle order 14 from Sarah McMahon helped the visitors to the threshold winning in the 16th over.
In the premier division draw, Bega-Angledale secured a win over Eden after rain had delayed play.
Both Matt Bell and Patrick Kearney had been dismissed one run shy of their respective half-centuries, while Tyrone Thomas had also contributed a worthy 18 runs.
A few modest wickets restrained Eden to 7/166 after their 40 overs.
However, the Bega-Angledale Bulls secured the win with 1/134 after needed a revised score of 133 following the rain delay.
Ominous storm clouds built quickly over most of the Far South Coast on Saturday afternoon and play was halted due to rain.
It was resumed after just an eight over delay and the Bulls were given 32 overs to chase the revised target.
A knock of 69 runs from Mitchell Jessop provided the backbone for the win with a solid assist from keeper Rob Stevenson who hit 41 agsinst his 2018 club mates.
The loss means the Bulls have now shifted to level-peg with the Eden roster on the competition table with both clubs sharing third place on 110 points.
However, Merimbula was forced into a draw on the weekend, meaning both clubs sit just 10 points astray of second place.
This weekend Eden host Kameruka in the premier division, while the ladies head to Dalmeny on Sunday.
