The Sapphire Coast Community Christmas Day Lunch exists to help people in this situation.
Now into its fifth year, people from right across our beautiful region gather to share a meal, some gifts, but most importantly… love!
This year, due to demand, there are three venues to choose from – Eden, Merimbula and now Bega!
One guest declared last year “this event is not to be missed – it is what Christmas is all about!”
Event organiser Janita Fernando is grateful for all the volunteers, donations and support she has received but there is always more that can be done.
“Please invite people along. No-one should eat alone on Christmas day.
“We need every person to know that they belong and are loved, especially at this time of the year.”
