The success started in Race 1, as Duvet edged out Ghost Rider to win the Cat Work Gear CG&E Class 2 Handicap.
Race 2 was also a victory for the trainers, with Tyres are Crucial beating Dance Harder Son by half a length in the Weathertex Natural Timber Cladding Class 1 Handicap.
Races 5 and 7 also went the way of Joseph-trained horses, as Athonis and Loyal Toast won their respective starts.
Joseph was happy with the results.
“It was great to get the four (victories), and I think the other one (second-place Dutchesse Moshe) probably should have won too,” she said.
“It was a great day for Jones racing, and a great effort by the staff as well.”
I do a lot of breaking, pre-training, and educating on the coast; that way we can go to the beach.

Loyal Toast’s victory was extra special for Joseph.
“He’s a professional place getter, but this was his first win in about 16 months,” she said.
“He’s run about 12 places since then, but now he’s finally got a taste of winning.
“We’ll take him up to Sydney for the Sydney Highway on the 28th of October.”
Joseph has been training horses for more than 40 years, based at Bombala, but recently started a stable at the Sapphire Coast racetrack.
“We have about 40 horses in work between the two stables,” she said. “About an even split between the two.
“I do a lot of breaking, pre-training, and educating on the coast; that way we can go to the beach.”
Joseph has another meeting this weekend in Bombala.
“We’ve got our Bombala Cup meeting this Saturday, so I’m hoping to get a couple more winners,” she said.
“We get 10 per cent of the first prize for every winner.”
Joseph also had a glowing review of the Moruya Jockey Club.
“I think Moruya is a very go-ahead club,” she said.
“They’ve got a very good committee, and they look after the winners very well.”
Joseph’s next big conquest could be Moonee Valley as she will take Token of Love, a horse that won in Canterbury on Wednesday, October 4, to the Melbourne spring carnival.
