The afternoon workshop will be lead by WFSC president Amanda Dalziel. From terminology, to hints for using Word, to links to Internet resources, Amanda will present a host of ideas for making the most of your computer. The workshop will run from 1 - 4pm and the cost is $5 for members and $10 for non-members. If possible, please bring your own laptop or tablet. This is a chance to get all your computer questions answered.
From 10am til 12pm the regular manuscript clinic will be run. The clinic provides the opportunity to read your writing to an encouraging, friendly bunch of fellow writers. To participate, email your short story, poem, play, or a chapter of your novel to clinic@writersfsc.org.au by Friday lunchtime.

And finally, a date for the diaries: from August 28 - 30 the Writers of the Far South Coast will be holding a Writer’s Retreat at Kianinny Resort near Tathra. As well as presentations and workshops, the retreat will offer plenty of solid writing time. Lock it in!
