Footprint Theatre held the first of what it hopes will become a regular fortnightly theatre practice session for adults in Pambula on Friday, April 17.
The sessions are designed for adults who want to have a try at drama and learn some theatre skills in a friendly, supportive setting but who find it hard to commit to frequent rehearsals for a show.
Formats will include improv, stand-up comedy and monologues.
Potential participants are invited to come to one or more sessions when they can make it.
Young adults 18-25 are particularly encouraged to come along, but adults of any age are welcome.
The next session will be on Friday, May 1 at 6.15pm for 6.30pm at Pambula Town Hall.
The cost for each session is free for Footprint Theatre members or a gold coin donation for non-members.
