The shark - described as "pretty big" with a rounded head - was seen lurking around the popular beach on Australia Day and again on Tuesday morning.
Surfers Mac Longford and Jacob Lanesbury were at the beach on Australia Day when the shark cruised beneath them.
The pair, along with Donna Taylor, returned to the beach on Tuesday, expecting it to be long gone.
But looking out over the beach from the viewing platform it didn't take them long to realise the shark was still there.
For hours the shark, believed to be the same one from Monday, stalked the beach, swimming up and down with its large fin easily seen above the breakers.
"We've just watched it swim up the beach (north) and now you can see it swimming the other way," Ms Taylor said.
While there weren't any surfers or swimmers in the water when the shark was re-spotted on Tuesday morning, beach goers should be aware that they may have some unwanted company out there at the moment.
