Roads and Maritime Services began the final resealing of a 3km stretch of the highway from Hardakers Road to just south of Jigamy Creek on Monday.
“The project to reseal three kilometres of the highway will be completed today [Tuesday], weather permitting,” an RMS spokesperson said.
“The line marking changes will be completed in the next fortnight.”
Motorists are advised to allow additional travel time and exercise caution during this period.
