The Sapphire Coast’s first youth music festival is just around the corner with hundreds of high-schoolers expected to enjoy music and entertainment at Eden this Saturday, September 16.

Live musical entertainment will kick off when doors open 2pm and will continue until around 9pm.
Local bands will warm up the crowd before throwing over to some travelling acts to get the party started, there will also be plenty of free food on offer as well as a variety of stalls.
The VANNS
Rambunctious rock’n'rollers, The Vanns are the lovable reprobates that’ll give everyone a good time. With their dynamic blues tinged rock’n’roll, the four-piece have seduced audiences around the country supporting the likes of Sticky Fingers, The Delta Riggs, and Kingswood. Consisting of Jimmy Vann on vocals/guitar, Lachlan Jones on drums, Tom Switlek on Bass and Cameron Little on guitar/keys, The Vanns live show is loaded with catchy hooks, roaring guitars and unapologetically uplifting energy.
Seven suns
Hailing from the South Coast of NSW and formed in 2016, Seven Suns are a Modern Grunge band with a splash of 70's Rock. Their songs, lyrics and vibe has been inspired by varied artists such as Led Zeppelin, Nirvana and Violent Soho as well as experiences in their personal life. Seven Suns are renowned for their vibrant and energetic killer live shows. Playing to packed and sold out shows across NSW, the Seven Suns are an act definitely worth catching and a band to keep firmly planted on your musical radar.
Other artists
Before the two headline acts take the stage there will be plenty of other musical entertainment provided by the Lumen Christi College Band, the Eden High School Rock Band, the Bega High Wind Band. Then some local up and coming stars will take the stage including Jessica Simpson, Lochie Marson and Cuppa Shred.
Free buses
Sapphire Coast Buslines will stop at 1pm at Dolphin Cove Entrance to Tura Beach then via Pacific Way; 1.10pm Tura Beach Bus Shelter (outside the Retirement Village); 1.20pm Twyford Hall, Merimbula; 1.30pm Pambula Bus Interchange and then Arrive at the venue (George Brown Memorial Sportsground, Eden) at 1.50pm. Return buses will depart the venue at 9.10pm arriving at Dolphin Cove about 10.10pm.
Scarlett Buses will start at 11.45am Bega – Church Street bus stop; 12pm Candelo Primary School bus stop; 12.20pm Wolumla Store and 1pm Arrive at the venue. Return departing venue at 9.10pm arriving back to Bega about 10.30pm.
