The ‘Seahorse Singalong’ concert at Boydtown, was deemed a huge success with a big crowd and nice weather.
Taking place on Easter Sunday the Wanderer Replica fundraiser attracted kids, adults and even the Easter bunny.
Wanderer Replica committee member Jon Gaul said there is real progress on the keel of the Wanderer Replica.
The 21m (approx 69-ft) keel will be in two massive pieces of Coastal Grey Box hardwood timber milled on the specially extended Lucas Mill installed at the shipyard site at Boydtown.
The first of the two halves of the keel is completed and has been moved alongside the keel blocks in the shipyard. The second half of the keel will be ready for milling next week.
