Ms Eagles conducted the Merimbula based workshops with the help of the National Cake Decorators Association treasurer Danitsa Moses.
Sheryle Toms, the publicity officer of The Sapphire Coast branch, hosted the day by opening her home for the event.
Six members of the Sapphire Coast Branch of the Cake Decorators Association, Edith Waterson, Janet Foster, Nathen Skeen, Sandy Huff, Dana Krucler and Jorja Toms, attended the workshop.
The workshops consisted of the most modern techniques of decorating wedding and special occasion cakes.
It was so informative that the group is eager to invited Joy back to share her skills with more local cake lovers.
