Nine-year-old Kye is a keen motorbike enthusiasts who races with the Far South Coast Motorcycle Club and often travels to Canberra and Cooma for events.
Ms Ingram said she was very grateful to Troy Altman at Ron Doyle Motors for everything he did in 2016.
Wanderer Replica
The Wanderer Replica Committee needs help from the community. Along with helping to promote the rebuild they need people to seek sponsorship, assist with firewood delivery at Boydtown Caravan Park, split and sell trailer loads of firewood and to sell raffle tickets and ship planks. Upcoming fundraising days include the Pacific Jewel at Eden today, Pambula Country Show on Saturday and the Merimbula Markets on Sunday. To help contact Morrie Lynch on 0438 805 684.

The Meals on Wheels roster for the week beginning Monday, January 16 is as follows: Monday, June Whalley and Judy Bateman; Tuesday, Jan and John Polak; Wednesday, Maureen Walker and Ena Anderson; Thursday, Margaret and Cato Mannes-Bailey; Friday, Jane Adam and Mary-Lou Albaladejo.
Eden View Club
The Eden View Club will have its first meeting for 2017 on January 23 at the Eden Fishermen’s Club. Meet at 11.30am for 12 noon. If you would like to join us and raise funds for the Smith Family come along or phone Aileen on 6496 1920.
Pambula Rotary
For the next two Tuesdays in January (January 17 and 24) Pambula Rotary Club members will feed several hundred tourists at the Big 4 Discovery Park Pambula Beach.
The dinner events are themed with an African night on January 24 and a Spanish night on January 17. Dinner is followed by Bingo entertainment.
On the African night, raffles will be run to benefit Libby Weir’s South African project and also the proceeds of one African night will go to Libby’s project.
Local Rotarians have been running the dinner nights for 20 years now with 13 of them providing support for Libby Weir’s work in South Africa.
Rotarians were also in action at the busiest markets of the year on Sunday, January 8 at Ford Park where members managed the markets, manned the gates, and ran the food canteen.
On Saturday, January 14 they will be manning the gates for the Pambula Show, at the Pambula Sporting Complex.
Networking fun
Sapphire Coast Business Networking is holding a family fun day on Tuesday, January 17 at Spencer Park in Merimbula. Bring your own food, picnic supplies and activities. All are invited to join from 11am onwards.
