Five acrobatic teams representing Eden Area Gymnastics in Pambula have qualified to compete in the NSW State Gymnastics’ Championships this September, after a successful try-out at the Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatic Centre last Sunday July 31.

Two level five trios, two level four trios, and one level five pair represented the South Coast, and each team needed to achieve a minimum of 38 points across two routines – Balance and Dynamic – to qualify.
Level five trio, including Eden’s Montana Tinson accompanied by Pipi Keogh and Kirra Turner, achieved an overall score of 46.300. Level five trio with Emily Hocking, Lila Moodie and Ursula Paradine achieved 40.950. Level four trio with Amelie Shannon, Charlotte Purcell and Coco Houston achieved an overall score of 44.800. Level four trio Zoe Stewart, Hollie Knowles and Makenzie Baker achieved an overall score of 45.200, while level five pair with Indigo Conroy and Alana Bretherton achieved 43.350.
Head acrobatics’ coach Natasha Sconfienza said she was “so proud” of the of the club's 15 acrobats.
