Police say a man who was trapped after a crash on the Kings Highway on Monday afternoon has been freed.

Emergency services said they were called to the single-vehicle crash at Braidwood about 2pm.
One man remained trapped in the vehicle as of 2.30pm.

Emergency services were working to free him and the Snowy Hydro helicopter was dispatched.
A NSW Police spokesman said all units left the scene at about 3.15pm.
