The venue - which was decked out with bright tablecloths, crocheted doilies, seashells and a wedding arch - was a venue with special significance for Ms Moulds.
Her grandmother, the late Linda Downton, was the first president of the Eden branch of the CWA when it formed in 1953 and a decade later when the association's hall in Imlay Street opened.
Mrs Downton is credited with being a driving force behind the then fledging branch, door-knocking in Eden to recruit new members to the association.
Sixty guests - plus the couple's little dog Pellie - attended the wedding on Saturday, with everyone bringing a plate of food to share and the CWA putting on cups of tea.
The wedding cake, which was also decorated with shells, was made by Ms Moulds' sister, Merrilynne Holahan, from Scarborough in Queensland.
Ms Mould's friends from Art on Imlay, Di, Helen and Daphne, invited her to pick out an outfit to wear on her special day and kindly paid for it.
It was three days of celebration with Mr Rixon, a retiree, turning 64 on Friday, the couple celebrating their wedding on Saturday, and Ms Moulds' 61st birthday on Sunday.
"I hope he doesn't wake up on Sunday morning and think 'What have I done, I've married an old 61-year-old," Ms Moulds joked as she and a team of helpers put the finishing touches to the hall on Friday.
Asked why the pair, who live in Kiah, decided to tie the knot after being together for 37 years, Ms Moulds and Mr Rixon said it had taken them that long to discover that they were compatible.
And as for a honeymoon, Ms Moulds replied: "We've been on our honeymoon for the past 37 years."
