Last week Mr Bakker helped the students install a drip feeding system to irrigate the vegetable garden.
The garden consists of many different vegetables and herbs.
On a Thursday the students cook with whatever produce they harvest.
Zucchini frittata was on the menu last week, thenks to an abundant supply of the freshly picked vegetable.
The week before the students made their own pizza bases and topped them with fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden.
Wyndham Public has just become part of the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program which will involve having to learn even more about growing, harvesting, preparing and sharing their own food.
