UniSuper attacks Lowy on Westfield split plans

Westfield Retail Trust's biggest investor, superannuation giant UniSuper, has attacked Frank Lowy's controversial plans to turn the company into a highly geared property play, and has called for any spinoff to have a ''truly independent'' board.
