Over forty players, friends, family and sponsors enjoyed a traditional Christmas feast including egg nog, roast and pudding.
Jess Farrell said, “The night was held to have some fun and put some money back into our sponsor, the Great Southern Inn.
“We had a very good time,” Jess said. “The Great Southern Inn did a special traditional Christmas dinner. It was a lovely meal. We can’t thank the management and staff of the GSI enough.“
The fun extended through after dinner with games including chubby bunnies, where the person who stuffs the most marshmallows in their cheeks, looking like a chubby bunny, wins.
“It was close between Sheldon Wykes and Nat Rodahl but Nat won,” Jess said.
Other winners included Kim Flint who won best dressed as a Christmas tree and Jenny Grant who won the lucky door prize.
“Thanks very much also to Michael Mitchell (Santa) and John Liddell for MC’ing for the night.”
