Officials have re-scheduled the Open to be played on December 11 with organisers saying there is still an excellent prize pool for contenders.
Officials said the delay would give members and additional few weeks to get their practice in and ensure some strong scoring.
In regular competition rounds, November 9 provided some good weather and the scoring was excellent.
Keith Perriman had 37 points to win from Jim Fitzgerald on 35. Brian had the Golden shot all to himself.
Wendy Farrell had a good score of 37 points in the women's with 34 points by Nicky Jarvis being good enough for second. Pam Takanen hit the golden shot. The event was sponsored by Food Co
Tuesday was windy, but Janice Davidson was the victor in the women's competition with 1 being the score to beat in a par competition. Colin Lamb scored 36 points in the mixed competition.
There were some visitors playing and Megan Everest scored 35 to take out second place. Harry Weatherman hit an average shot on the third to take out the golden shot.
The Thursday competition is still going strong, especially when the weather is poor on the other competition days, officials said.
Mark Davidson and Stuart Cassey both finished on the same score, but Davidson tipped the result for the win on a count-back.
The drizzly and gloomy conditions on Saturday meant a smaller than usual field turned out, but David Langenbaker still had a good round to score 38 points followed by Graham Cantrill on 37. Anthony Clarke hit the golden shot but there wasn't much in the pool for the day.
The golf pros are running clinics on Thursdays for women's golfers and on Thursdays for kids. Contact the pro shop for more information.
"This is a great way for kids to get outside and learn a new sport they can use the rest of their lives," a spokesman said.
The Christmas breakup will be on December 4 with a meal to follow. Watch for more details on the board near the pro shop.
Social play continues over the summer with visitors and new players always welcome.
