Well here's a fantastic one that could score them some brilliant prizes.
The Sapphire Coast Skatepark Association has asked youngsters throughout the Bega Valley Shire to get creative and submit artwork to its Facebook page.
First prize is a sweet skateboard and lesson package worth $450.
Not surprisingly, interest in the competition has soared despite only being launched last week, with more than 50 drawings and paintings entered already.
Peter O'Keefe from the association said, as a result, the deadline has been extended until September 1.
"We thought it would be good to give kids something to do during lockdown, something to focus on while they're stuck at home," he said.
Grab your pencils and paints and get stuck into anything to do with skateboarding, rollerblading, scooters - "anything to do with local skateparks" Peter said.
The competition has two age groups, 11 years and under, and 12-18.
The winner in each category will win a Yow Surfskate board as well as a skateboard lesson.
The two runners-up will receive an art supply pack thanks to Merimbula Extra.
Entries are to be submitted on the relevant post on the Sapphire Coast Skatepark Association Facebook page. And if you're interested, take a look at all the brilliant works already there!
