I went to Eden High School many years ago but have lived and worked here on and off for about 25 years.
What do you like most about your job?
My office is at Jigamy surrounded by wildlife and the beautiful Pambula Lake. I also work with great people, including my colleagues and the Aboriginal community. I love learning and am in a great position to do that.
What do you like least?
My job can be quite challenging at times but other than that, I don't think there is much I don't like.
Your favourite place in Eden and the Bega Valley?
There are so many stunning places to visit within Eden and the Bega Valley that I couldn't pick just one. Anywhere near the water is my favourite place to be.
If you won $1million what would you do first?
I wouldn't tell anyone. Then I'd pay off my debt and travel this beautiful country in my camper trailer.
One thing you cannot live without?
Besides the obvious, family and friends, my phone... even though I hate to say it.
Three words that describe Eden best?
.Laid back, beautiful and resilient.
What do you think Eden needs the most as a community?
I think Eden has a great community who are quite passionate and driven. I can see there is a lot of development happening, such as the new information centre, the fitness trail and the new park being built. One thing I really enjoyed as a teenager was the 'Drop in Centre'. It'd be great to have something similar to that again, as it gave young people a safe place to go and hang out and have fun on a Friday and Saturday night - keeping people out of trouble. Investing in and nurturing our young ones will hopefully assist in the shaping and development of good adults who will contribute positively to our society.
