Students were presented with a graduation certificate after being welcomed to country by Yuin Elder Ossie Cruse. Students, staff and parents celebrated the outstanding achievements of the hardworking cohort and awards went to a number of students who showed consistent application across the final HSC year.
Outstanding achievers included Hunter Watts, Taylor Jones, Jesse Fulton and Will Priestly who all received multiple awards across varying disciplines.
Year advisor Sam Martin said, "Despite the year having its challenges with natural events and COVID-19, the evident resilience within the group is a clear indication of a good education experience, this year has been one to remember and it's been a great honour to work with these fine young people through their six years of high school".
Many students from Eden Marine High School's class of 2020 are moving on to university next year, having already accepted places through the early enrolment process.
