This popular competition offers students the chance to have their creativity and talent showcased on Mr Barilaro's Christmas card.
Mr Barilaro said this year's theme is 'A Wish for Christmas', with students encouraged to share something they're looking forward to.
"2020 has been extremely tough on all of us but I think it is important that we look ahead and share what we're wishing for this Christmas," Mr Barilaro said.
"Whether it is a holiday to the beach, celebrating Christmas with all your family or visiting your grandparents who live in another town or city - I want to hear what you're looking forward to.
"Over the years we have had so many amazing entries in this competition and I'm excited to see what the students come up with this year.
"I encourage all schools across the electorate to participate and to take this opportunity to share a moment that will make them smile."
The entries will be displayed on the front window of Mr Barilaro's office, while the winning designs will feature on the front of his official Christmas card which is sent to hundreds of organisations and individuals across the region.
Entries should have the artist's name, age and school clearly marked on the reverse of each entry.
All entries must be sent to 213 Crawford Street (PO Box 998) Queanbeyan NSW 2620, and received by 5.00pm on Friday, November 13.
The first prize winner will receive a $100 gift voucher, second prize is $50 and third prize is $25.
