The Trove - The Road Less Troved and Japanese Creations were previously located in the Old Bottle Shop at the Tathra Hotel.
Both were greatly impacted by the 2018 Tathra district's fire, the summer bushfires of 2019/2020, as well as COVID-19, like many small businesses in the area, so decided to hold the 'pop up' shop to kick start their businesses.
"Working together and business collectives are a great way to support each other in times of economic hardship and in regional areas where trade fluctuates seasonally," a spokesperson for the 'pop up' shop said.
"Both businesses have the philosophy of recycle, restore, renew, reuse so that vintage items can have a new life, a new use and and a new owner all with the belief in reducing waste."
The 'pop up' shop will be at the Tathra Community Hall, Tathra from Friday, October 2 to Sunday, October 4 from 8am-5pm, and on Monday, October 5 from 8am to 1pm.
