Prosecutors allege Warren Anthony Scott, aged 36 at the time of his arrest, murdered 49-year-old Edward Carter during an altercation at a home on Moorhead St at 3.30pm on April 4 last year.
Scott was due to enter a plea on July 17, and will now appear in the NSW Supreme Court in Sydney on Friday, August 7.
