Southern NSW Local Health District said it had resumed services at Pambula Hospital, Eden Community Health Centre and Delegate Multipurpose Service.
The Local Health District said that services were relocated during the recent bushfires "to ensure community members could continue to access safe appropriate care".
Pambula Hospital and community health services, including mental health, dental and the Assessment, Treatment and Care Centre have all returned to Pambula.
Eden Community Health Centre has resumed services now and Delegate Multipurpose Service will resume services on Friday, January 17.
The Local Health District said it appreciated the understanding and assistance of the local community at this time.
Patients attending Pambula are either assessed, treated and discharged by a Nurse Practitioner; referred to a local GP medical service for further assessment or treatment; or transferred to South East Regional Hospital (SERH) for treatment.
Patients seeking care for serious illness and injuries should go directly to SERH emergency department, Virginia Drive, Bega. Patients with life threatening conditions should contact an ambulance immediately on 000. NSW Ambulance takes all emergency cases directly to SERH emergency department.
