Nothing illustrates go karting in a rural area more than a few cows sneaking trackside and forcing a stop mid-race.

The Sapphire Coast Kart Club held the annual Sapphire Cup over the weekend and heats were delayed momentarily when a few cows got too close to the action on Saturday.
However, they were quickly ushered out the gate to the adjoining paddock and a field of about 40 karters resumed their run on the Frogs Hollow circuit.
In sunny and hot conditions, officials said they were thrilled with the event.
"The atmosphere was unbelievable, the numbers were down a hair, but there was excellent racing across all the classes - particularly in the cadets," club vice-president Lance Ogier said.
"It was better than we could have hoped for."
In terms of the bovine intrusion, Mr Ogier said it happens sometimes.
"We get used to that, it was just an oversight in the morning to make sure that gate was securely shut," he said with a laugh, adding it was a quick task to hussle the visitors back into the paddock and let racing resume.
Tyla Radford and Ryan Deborre provided a highlight in the competition with a weekend-long battle for first place in the cadets.
"They were inseparable, they were battling for first all weekend," Mr Ogier said.
Highlighting the close competition, Mr Ogier said the quickest lap in the final was set by "relative newcomer in young girl Jayme Campbell", who finished third.
He said it was telling that Jayme posted the quickest lap, but couldn't quite surpass the front-running duo.
"She was incredibly quick, but just couldn't string enough together to get past them."
Tyla went on to win, crossing the finish line less than half-a-second ahead of Ryan.
In the cadet 12s, ACT Champion karter Aidan Williams topped his class, setting the pace and is now setting his sights on a Victorian title plate.
Young gun female racer Rhylee Jackson headed up the KA4 juniors, posting the quickest lap on Sunday by two-hundredths of a second.
Officials said her win came on the back of strong recent performances in Canberra.
In the TAG 125 restricted class, Jacob Collins headed the field, while runner-up Michael Platts had the hot lap with a blistering 32.8 seconds.
In the KA3 senior class Blake Motbey secured top spot featuring a blistering lap of 31.816 seconds.
Mr Ogier said organisers were stoked with the "camaraderie and atmosphere of competitors, friends and family."
"We're grateful for the spectators and the parents bringing their kids along and everyone just enjoyed the weekend."
He said the club was also grateful to sponsors.
