A show featuring vintage tractors, trucks, cars, engines, pumps, tools, motorcycles, woodwork and more is on at the Moruya Showground this weekend. Opening hours are from 9am-5pm on Saturday and from 9am-1pm on Sunday. There will be a grand parade on Saturday from 1pm. Free admission. For more information, phone 4474 4313.
Tulip Time
Bowral, September 24 - October 4
This year's theme is Mary Poppins and you can expect Tulip Time to be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Corbett Gardens will put on a stunning display of floral colours. There's plenty of creative activities for kids. Cosy up with family and friends at the open air cinema on October 2, with proceeds going to Variety. The gardens will be open from 9 am - 4 pm on Sunday to Fridays and from 9 am - 5pm.
Shoalhaven Ride
Husky-Vincentia, September 29
This 12km easy paced ride around the winding Shoalhaven shared paths takes in the spectacular views of Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular. Cycle along the beautiful shared pathway to Plantation Point, Vincentia and return to enjoy a fundraising BBQ by the Bay. The ride is conducted by the Shoalhaven Bicycle User Group. All registered participants receive a free bike safety sample bag. Meet at White Sands Park next to the Huskisson Pub, Huskisson for a 9am start. Please bring a helmet, water bottle and wear appropriate bike riding gear.

Acclaimed soloists and chamber musicians Kristian Chong (piano) and Sophie Rowell (violin) will play four great sonatas at St Bernard's Church from 3pm. You will hear the South Coast Music Society's brand new Kawai concert grand piano. Blood & Longing
Murrah, September 27
Founding Warumpi Band member and now award-winning songman Neil Murray is continuing his Blood & Longing album tour around the nation with a return to one of his favourite community venues. Blood & Longing, his ninth original studio album, is an impressive addition to his already remarkable catalogue of songs that continue to refine a sense of place, purpose and identity. He performs at the Murrah Hall, 2989 Tathra Bermagui Road from 7pm. Tickets $30.
Jetski fishing
Bermagui, October 4-6
Bring your jetski and fishing gear and explore the beautiful waters of Bermagui in this social event. It's something different for the South Coast. On Friday, there's a meet and greet at the Bermagui Hotel before the fishing comp begins on Saturday and Sunday. Take to the lake, ocean or river; you could even try your luck off Montague Island. Coastal scenes
Robertson, October 5-7
Shoalhaven artist Tarni Rix has painted 24 scenes of South Coast beaches and will show them in her Fossil Record installation at The Fettlers Shed Gallery in Robertson. Tarni interrupted her professional life as a psychologist to begin painting two years ago. Fossil Record is part of the In Two Minds exhibition which is open 10am to 2pm, October 5-7, with a preview from 5pm on Friday October 4. Entry is free.
