They were on the cruise from Sydney to celebrate Ms Warner's 60th birthday and were have an "absolutely wonderful" time.
"The massages are to die for and the food is amazing," the trio said while wandering along the new wharf.
They said they hadn't yet tested the huge water slide on board - it was on the to-do list - but they had been on the flying fox and given lawn bowling a go!
"It's been beautiful sailing down to Eden. The whole scenery reminds me of Tasmania."
Ms Warner said they were happy to be part of history after the captain announced to passengers what the arrival meant for the region.
The three women were planning to join one of the shuttle buses over to the Seahorse Inn, where they were looking forward to enjoying the Taste of Eden Festival for the day.
The very first passengers to step off a cruse ship directly on to the wharf at Eden were Paul Tam and Karen Lam, who were pleasantly surprised at the news.
