On Monday night, September 2, at 9.30pm, Eden Police were called to an incident in an Eden home where a 32-year-old Eden man was allegedly armed with an axe.
Sergeant Scott Blanch said police were forced to draw tasers to arrest the man.
During the same incident a 24-year-old Eden man allegedly armed with a golf club was also tasered by police in order to be arrested.
Both men were refused bail and were due to appear in the Bega court on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old man will face charges of affray, being armed with intent and contravening a domestic violence order.
The 24-year-old man faces charges of affray, being armed with intent, and possession of a prohibited drug.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident, Eden Police were called to an incident at a residential address in Eden on Saturday, August 31, at 12.10am.
According to Sergeant Blanch, a 27-year-old Eden man allegedly became violent towards police. Sergeant Blanch said police were forced to use capsicum spray and drew tasers in order to arrest the man.
The man will appear in Eden Court on October 9 on charges of assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest.
