Wether you're a seasoned rev head, a bit of a dare devil or just love all things motorcycle the Bega Valley Motorcycle Expo is shaping up to be a ripper event. The arena at the Bega Showground will see drag bikes, sprintcar action and demonstrations by one of the nation's best go-karters Max Bevan and teen stunt drivers, Quick Chix tearing up the dirt along with members of the Far South Coast Motorcycle Club. Horsepower lovers will also get the chance to check out Jason Whitby's custom built sand-drag race bike powered by a V8. The always popular Show and Shine will be held from 3pm, and a fashion parade between 11am to 4pm. Gates open at 10am, $10 entry with under 16s free. All door takings will donated to the South East Regional Hospital's children's ward.

String trio Three Piece Suite will be wrapping up their 2019 concert series at St John's Anglican Church, Moruya. Featuring Rachel Westwood on violin, Valmai Coggins on viola and Deborah Coogan on cello, along with regular guest flautist James Fortune, the Australiana themed program promises to include plenty of humour and energy with moments of quieter reflection. Afterwards stay to meet the musicians over a locally made low-food miles afternoon tea. Tickets can be purchased online at tpschambermusic.com or with cash only at the door from 2.30pm.

Like body building? Like a good showdown? Catch all the action at Ulladulla as the NatBod team bring natural body building to the South Coast. Individuals and teams will compete for glory across three showings.
Bondi2Berry bike ride for dementia
Bondi Beach to Berry, September 7
Now the Tour de France is over, why not take your cheese platter to the stunning South Coast and cheer on the Aussies riding for dementia.The Bondi2Berry bike ride will see 100 riders setting off from North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club at 6am. Riding in five groups, the cyclists and will ride to the Royal National Park and follow the coast to Wollongong, Kiama and finish in the historic town of Berry on the NSW South Coast. The ride aims to raise awareness and funds to help find a cure for dementia. There are three pit stops on the way, at Stanwell Tops, Wollongong and Kiama.

Delight your spring senses at the Batemans Bay Orchid and Foliage Society Spring show. With over 150 beautiful local orchids on display. The Spring Show is from 10am to 6pm on Friday and from 10am until 3pm on Saturday at the auditorium of the Soldiers Club, Beach Road Batemans Bay.
