Kanga Cup is the largest youth football competition in the Southern Hemisphere with more than 300 teams from across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia competing in ages from 8 to 18. Teams compete over a full week of football.
Far South Coast had four teams represent the region with U12, U13 and U16 boys and U14 girls all looking to improve their skills against some of the best clubs in the region.
"This is a great opportunity for our local players to be exposed a higher level of football that helps to develop and progress their skills," representative coordinator Craig Howker said.
"Our teams were more than competitive with several wins and some narrow losses across all the age groups. This also gives us some direct feedback into our development plan for local players and coaches."
