Bermagui, June 23
Sydney's finest young adult choir perform songs inspired by the wonder of childhood. The afternoon involves heartfelt fables and lullabies mixed with modern film classics. Revisit the love, joy, wonder and challenges of childhood with the VOX young adult choir and their director Elizabeth Scott. Tickets $40, children under 16 free. Backtrack Boys
Narooma, June 14
A group of troubled boys are on a perilous course toward jail until they meet up with a free-wheel-ing jackaroo, Bernie Shakeshaft, and hit the road with his legendary dog jumping team. This inspiring coming of age story follows the boys as they strive to turn their lives around - and the dogs that help tame their wild ways. A special one off screening, followed by a chat with passionate youth services representatives from 6.45pm with a 7pm start. Tickets $10. At the Narooma Kinema.
Kitty Flanagan

Algorithms, footy players, harbour porpoises-everything is getting "smashed". Leave the kids at home unless you want them getting a Kitty Flanagan style education. One of Australia's best known and loved comedians, Kitty appears regularly on the comedy/quiz show, Have You Been Paying Attention? She's also known for her segments on The Project and The Weekly with Charlie Pickering as well as for playing the role of Rhonda on the award-winning ABC show, Utopia. Don't miss this opportunity to see Kitty Flanagan Smashing Nowra, at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre from 8pm-9.25pm.
Monsters of Rock

If you love the sound of classic rock, you are in for a treat in Merimbula this weekend. The Mini Monsters of Rock Tribute Show will be at Club Sapphire with doors opening at 7.30pm. It's a three-hour show of the biggest hits from three of the best. First up is Dog Eat Dog who will pay tribute to AC/DC's Bon Scott era, then the Australian Poison Tribute Show Poizon'Us takes the stage, before the Australian KISS Show KISSTERIA will finish the night.
