The "Pink Stumps Day" will raise money to help the Foundation employ breast care nurses in communities across the country.
From 11am, the Pink Clydesdales will be taking on the Bullants in a hotly contested grudge match.
Off field, there will be raffles, 100s board, pink high tea, sausage sizzle and family fun. Wear pink, join in the festivities and donate to this great cause. All money raised will be donated to the McGrath Foundation.
Organiser Kylie Parks said she has personally been helped considerably by Bega Valley's McGrath Breast Care Nurse Jenny Garner, and she wants others in her position to receive that same assistance.
"In July 2014, at the age of 37, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer," Ms Parks said.
"I had to endure multiple surgeries, six months of chemo and 25 sessions of radiation.
"Life changed for not only myself but also for my husband, my daughter who was nine at the time and my son who was six.
"Needless to say, there were times when our world fell apart but right there picking up the pieces was our local McGrath Breast Care Nurse, Jenny.
"The Bega Valley is extremely lucky to have a breast care nurse here helping local families understand what is happening once you hear the dreaded words ‘you have cancer’. She is often the bridge between the patient and the numerous medical staff that you have to deal with. She is the one that explains things when it all becomes too hard to understand. She is often the one holding your hand and reminding you to breathe.
"To help give back to a foundation that personally helped me a great deal, I have organised for the Wolumla community to hold a Pink Stumps Day, to raise money to make a real difference to families with breast cancer."
