Sapphire Coast Netball Association is launching its first games on Monday, February 25, and is extending an invitation to all affiliated netball clubs, as well as other sporting codes, local businesses, schools and community groups to participate.
Games will be played on Monday afternoons and evenings, with junior girls and boys (10-12 years), intermediate and open girls and women (13 and over), as well as a NetSetGo program for all children under 10.
Enter as a team or individual by contacting your local netball club (Merimbula, Eden or Bombala) to register.
Alternatively you can register directly with SCNA and enter a school team, a business team, an alternative sporting club team, or just a team of friends.
The first half of the season starts February 25 and is played in Merimbula. The second half of the season will be played in Bega and will finish in June.
SCNA can help you find a netball club or can assist any new groups interested in participating.
For more details, check out Sapphire Coast Netball Association Facebook page.
Netball NSW has recently hosted free Netball clinics at Pambula, SCAC and Mumbulla School and it was great to see so many boys interested in the sport.
