Eden’s Snug Cove was a buzz this morning, Tuesday January 15 as passengers disembarked from returning cruise ship Ocean Regatta.

The Oceania Regatta is on a 19-day Discoveries Down Under cruise which started in Bali on December 28 2018.
The ship carrying 631 passengers and 400 crew made Eden it’s last port of call before it finishes of in Sydney tomorrow, Wednesday January 16.
Upon arrival the mostly American and Canadian passengers were welcomed by a tip of the hat from Bega Valley Shire Council Town Crier Alan Moyse. After browsing some of the colourful stalls lined along the cove the passengers boarded awaiting tour buses.
In addition to the free Eden shuttle bus between the CBD, Aslings Beach and Snug Cove, passengers on the Ocean Regatta have booked into tours including Sapphire Coast Scenic Villages, Davidson's Whaling Station and Ben Boyd Tower, Haycock Point Bush Stroll and Aboriginal Culture, Cruising Twofold Bay on the Cat Balou, Captain Sponges Magical Oyster Tour and Longstocking Brewery, Kiah Wilderness Kayaking Tour, Greencape Lighthouse Tour, Eden Country Club and Kangaroos; and Wheelers Oyster Farm.
Other local and bespoke tours were offered through the Eden Visitor Information Centre.
