The company has said that four new cabs have been introduced to the area with new meters, EFPOS capability and cameras installed. A new wheelchair/maxi taxi is part of the fleet too.
Driver Kate Winslow said she was happy to have her job secured after concerns about the future of the taxi service a couple of months ago.
There are now 15 drivers across the Merimbula and Eden areas and 10 cars which includes two hire cars especially for its Department of Veteran Affairs contracts which can often mean journeys to Canberra.
