The two run victory over the Wollongong side on November 13 saw Eden reach the final eight of the competition, out of over 300 teams statewide.
After finishing on 6/127, which included a knock of 42 retired from Joey Elton, Eden held the Wollongong side to 125 after a tight final over from David O'Dell.
Team coach Rob Edwards said O'Dell kept his cool after being struck for four runs from the penultimate ball, leaving Woonona East needing just one run to tie from his final delivery.
"He bowled well, and Jack Pollock caught the last catch off the last ball for the win," Mr Edwards said.
"They were ecstatic, very buoyant after the game.
"We bat all the way down to number six, seven, and even eight and have a good bowling attack.
"Other teams have two or three players and once you've got them the teams fall apart.
"I'm very proud of the way they reacted, because it looked like they were beat but they kept positive and fielded really well."
Eden will now play Lake Albert Public School in Wagga Wagga on November 26.
