The new location at the Barclay St Sports Complex was a hive of activity with plenty of room across two ovals.
In addition, the Australian Kite Flying Society utilised the beach and Eden Marine High School grounds to show off an incredible array of kites large and small.
The parade rolled down the hill from town along Aslings Beach Rd, which made for a fantastic backdrop of the bright blue warm skies and beach scenery.
School groups, Cruise Eden, vintage cars and a seemingly neverending stream of trucks, and emergency service vehicles were all led to the sports ground by Town Crier Alan Moyse in his usual photogenic getup.
The Jaanda Dancers from Eden Public School welcomed the crowds as they started to really pour in through the gates around 11am, with queues at the multitude of children’s activities and food vans proving how popular the annual weekend has become for people both near and far.

There will be more to come later from the afternoon (following the Magnet shift change!)
