Organisers say it’s a fantastic result, showing that the members of the community are keen to ensure that people, businesses and community groups get the recognition they deserve.
“The quick and easy online option to nominate, which is a first for this year’s awards, is proving to be very popular with the majority of nominations being entered online,” organiser Clair Mudaliar said.
Nominations are open until Friday, July 27 and can be submitted at www.oureden.com.au or by dropping a nomination form into the boxes at Eden Gas & Gear, Eden Newsagency, e2b Phone Repair or Curalo Medical Clinic.
Tickets for the Gala Awards night are now on sale and it’s set to be a magical night in a marquee on the lawns at the Seahorse Inn at Boydtown.
Tickets are only $70 (for chamber members) and $80 (non-chamber members) and include pre-dinner drinks, a mouth watering three-course dinner, entertainment by Ricky Bloomfield and the Radars, and Ian Campbell as MC for the night.
It’s going to be the night of nights for Eden, and a fantastic way to celebrate the winners! You can purchase tickets online at www.oureden.com.au, the Our Eden Facebook page, or pop into the Eden Newsagency.
