Hip Hop Classes – Eden Aboriginal Evangelical Church are offering hip hop classes to primary school students from 2 – 3pm and high school students 3 – 4pm on Tuesday, July 10.
Sport and Yarn up – Head down to Endeavour Park in Eden on Wednesday July 11. From 11am to 2pm there will be sports activities, an NRL clinic, lucky door prize, sausage sizzle and face painting.
Katungal Bega Event – held outside in the entertainment car park area of Katungul Bega Clinic on Wednesday, July 11 at 10am. Everyone is invited to celebrate and enjoy a native BBQ, Aboriginal dancing, child car seat workshops and giveaways. Also the big reveal of the Women In Community Collage competition winner.
Glow in the Park – at Endeavour Park on Friday July 13 and 20. Head down to enjoy parkour, hoola hooping, glow basketball and a bite to eat. The action starts at 3pm to 6pm.
Resistant Canvas Art – NAIDOC Week inspired resistant canvas art for ages seven and above will take place at the Eden Library on Friday, July 13 from 10.30am to 11.30am.
Afro Moses – a multi-award winning Australia-based artist from Ghana, West Africa will be visiting Jigamy Farm on Monday, July 16 from 10.30am to 2pm. He is a singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist and teacher. He will be hosting fun, music workshops for all levels of experience.
Family Fun Day – On Wednesday, July 18, a range of cultural activities, Aboriginal performances, jumping castle, face painting, family portrait gallery and more will be free for all ages to enjoy at Jigamy Farm, Eden.
Storytime and Snake Craft – On Thursday, July 19 from 10.30am to 11.30am at the Eden Library there will be storytime and snake craft for children aged two to six-years-old.
