Primary students participated in a variety of events last Thursday under the guidance of their teachers and a few helpful Lumen secondary students.
Secondary students competed the following day, beginning with the house war-cry competition. Students and staff from each of the four college Houses (Baringa, Bobberrer, Gudu and Monaroo) were vocal and animated as they tried to outdo one another.
A variety of events allowed all students to have a chance at showcasing their water skills over the two days.
The belly-flop competition was an enormous success. Crowds of secondary students gathered at the deeper end of the pool to have front row seats as their classmates created a splash!
The Lumen swimming carnivals are always a great success. Baringa House were victorious this time, taking home the coveted shield and 2018 honours!
