EMHS Year 12 projects
Eden Marine High Year 12 Industrial Technology Metal and Engineering students recently presented a broad range of projects and supporting portfolios for their end of year projects. They incorporated the management and fabrication of seven different but well thought out ideas. Each major project showcases the development of the student’s skill, and allows them to highlight their particular strengths. It is important to include as many elements of metal workshop skill into these projects, including; hot and cold forging, threading, lathe turning operations, sheet and plate marking and layout, various hot and cold joining methods, a range of machine and hand cutting techniques and finishing methods.
